yippee!

thought it would be easier to complete the second engineering design project as compared to the earlier one, but i was hell wrong. needed to change our design of the gears at the very last minute, and luckily my team completed everything just as the faci was about to come to our table. nyeheehee! special thanks to Aidil, Jolene, Leonard and Ruby for the torchlight prototype.

and did i mentioned before that i think the engineering design faci has something against me? Well, i seriously think he has a problem with me. From the comments he gave to me, it seemed like he thinks im not doing work in the team. Like WTF?!

this was what he commented:
Unfortunately, I did not really see the contributions you have mentioned in your RJ. I noted that you were working on the prototype intermittently and usually only do when others ask. Also, you appear to be easily distracted. You should be more proactive and try to actively contribute to the team plus stay with the prototyping process more consistently during the meetings. Though you were of use to the team today, I believe that you could have done more.”

and this was what i said for my next submitted RJ:
"In my opinion, I think I do not expect much from my team mates. I would just want them to be cooperative and participate doing team discussion as well as being present in class because I feel, every team member counts because we need all the brains and the helping hands to finish our prototype. I don’t need team members who have to be clever or have that superior knowledge in the particular area we are doing because I feel we learnt from everyone else, and that is exactly why we are in school; to learn new skills and knowledge. For my part, I feel that I myself is being very cooperative and actively took part in the tem discussions, as well as rendering help whenever my teammates need it. Therefore, to refer to your previous comment for me, I feel that I have to totally disagree with you. To make it simple for your reading, this was what you wrote, “Unfortunately, I did not really see the contributions you have mentioned in your RJ. Though you were of use to the team today, I believe that you could have done more.”Yes, its true I appeared distracted as well as I do things when others ask me to. But I hope you took note that I said, I was not one who can remember all the theories part, that’s what I compensate that back by being useful when my team needs something to be done. For today’s lesson, I took note of what you wrote and tried to participate even more actively and contribute to the team, and I feel I did achieved my objectives at the end of the day. And If you still do not see my contributions to the team today, then I really cannot say anything else or do exactly what u want me to do until you will be satisfied with my performance. and i feel that the purpose of having Facis around is to assist us, the students whenever we have problems but it seems you yourself are not able to answer most of our questions when being asked. So, i hope something can be done to improve on this. thank you and hope you have a great day, faci. =) "
